为进一步推进胸痛中心建设，12月16日，沅陵县人民医院在综合楼5楼会议室，对医院医、护、药、技人员和行政、后勤保洁人员进行胸痛中心相关知识培训。全院共400人参加此次培训。
会议由沅陵县人民医院副院长蔡蓉主持。湖南省人民医院胸痛协调员、心血管内科副主任，副主任医师张宇就胸痛中心的概念、建设背景、组织构架及功能、建设流程等方面作了详细的介绍和阐述，并对胸痛中心认证标准进行详细解读和任务分解。使全体参会人员对胸痛中心建设标准、工作流程等有了更深入的了解，为医院胸痛中心建设奠定了良好的基础。
沅陵胸痛中心成立于今年7月，挂靠在沅陵县人民医院。胸痛中心自成立以来，以“快速诊断、及时治疗、降低死亡率、避免浪费”为原则，通过加强急救体制建设、创新区域协同救治机制、快速转运机制、优化救治流程、持续质量分析与改进等途径，提高心肌梗死早期救治的能力。
此次培训旨在进一步提高医务人员对急性心梗的早期识别能力，优化就诊流程，为胸痛尤其是致命胸痛患者绿色通道建设传授经验，使沅陵胸痛中心的建设更加完善，让胸痛患者尽量缩短诊治时间，能快速得到有效救治。
